Placing an Order
- You can place your order directly through our website or via WhatsApp.
- Share the product photo/code, your full delivery address, and contact number to confirm the order.
- Once confirmed, you’ll receive an order summary and estimated delivery date.
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment options for your convenience.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 Hours ( Wokring Day) after confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary between 1-10 days, depending on your location and product availability.
- You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within immediately available working hours hours of delivery.
- Only exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, with original tags and packaging.
- customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
- Once approved, return shipping details will be shared, and we’ll arrange the replacement accordingly.
